cMarket Champions for Good Program Terms

• Referrals provided prior to registration in the Champions for Good program are not eligible for this program.
• Referral submissions must include all requested information for the referred individual and organization in order to be valid.
• Referred organizations must be charitable organizations or corporate organizations that raise funds for charitable organizations.
• Referred organization must not be a current customer of cMarket.
• In the event of duplicate referrals submitted by multiple customers, the referral will be credited to the customer who submitted the referral first via system timestamp.
• Champions that submit a valid referral will receive a $25 American Express Gift Cheque.
• $25 gift cheques will be sent within 6 weeks from date referral is validated by cMarket.
• Gift cheques have no cash value and cannot be applied toward cMarket fees.
• All referrals will be validated by cMarket.
• Only one referral per organization will qualify the Champion for a gift cheque.
• cMarket reserves the right not to validate a referral for any reason, at its sole discretion.
• If a valid referral runs an online auction with cMarket within 12 months of the referral date, Champion will be eligible to receive a $150 American Express Gift Cheque after the auction closes and cMarket has collected the auction fees.
• Champions will only receive a $150 gift check for the first auction the referral runs with cMarket within 12 months of the referral date. Champions will not be rewarded for a referral’s subsequent auctions.
• $150 gift cheques will be sent within 6 weeks of the date cMarket’s invoice is paid in full. In the event that the referred organization does not pay its auction fees, the Champion will not receive a $150 gift cheque.
• Champion is subject to the terms and conditions of any gift cheques received as part of this program.
• Once Champion will exceed $600 in gift cheques from cMarket, Champion must submit a completed W-9 form to cMarket, and cMarket will file an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year.
• Members of the cMarket Solutions Partner program, Solutions Partner program, Reseller Partner program, Affiliate program, National Account program, Consulting Partners program, National Alliance Partners program and Technology Partners program are not eligible for this program.
• cMarket may remove a Champion from the program at any time, at its sole discretion.
• cMarket reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this program at any time, at its sole discretion.
• cMarket may terminate this program at any time by posting a notice at www.cmarket.com/partners/c4g_terminate.htm.
