If you are having trouble accessing the URL, please try the below steps:
| 1. | Make sure your computer has these system requirements: * Adobe Flash Player 8 or 9.0 * Broadband connection * Enable cookies in your web browser |
| 2. | Dial-in to the telephone portion of the conference and let somebody know that you are having trouble accessing the seminar |
| 3. | Visit http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ to test if your browser has the Adobe Flash Player installed. If it does not, follow the instructions on that page to download the plugin. |
