• One week at a two-bedroom condo on the La Costa Golf Course in Carlsbad, California, just north of San Diego.
• Two United Airlines roundtrip economy travel certificates within the 48 contiguous United States from destinations served by United.

Special Instructions

Fees for golf and other activities not included in package. Condo must be reserved by November 2010. Airline certificates valid for travel by the passenger exclusively on scheduled United, United Express and Ted operated flight and is not valid for travel on flights operated by other airlines (such as United-marked code share and Star Alliance flights.) Valid for roundtrip travel from the 48 Contiguous United States destinations served by United. Stopovers, open jaws or circle trips are not permitted. Travel must be booked 14 days in advance of departure. Valid travel dates 11/14/09 - 11/13/10. No blackout dates. Travel must include a Saturday night stay. The maximum is 30 days. Travel will be booked in S or T booking classes in Economy Class. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or on all days of the week when you travel. Certificates are not transferable and may not be bartered or sold. Passenger traveling on this free ticket may not accrue Mileage Plus miles or earn miles toward Mileage Plus elite status. This ticket is not upgradeable. Ticket-by-mail is allowed (where available.) All tickets will be issued electronically unless customer requests otherwise (paper ticket fees will apply.) Ticketing must occur within 24 hours of making a reservation, whichever sooner. Certificate may not be used with tickets purchased via the internet. When using ticket-by-mail, please allow 14 days processing time. The passenger is responsible for all taxes/fees including the September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 maximum per roundtrip, Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 and a $3.30 per flight segment tax. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing Additional restrictions may apply. Certificate is required for discount and must be presented at the time of ticketing. Accept original certificate only. Not extendible, not combinable with other air travel certificates or discount fare offerings (Mileage Plus awards, Silver Wins Plus Awards, companion, meeting, group, tour, senior citizen, student, child, travel package, travel industry discount, military, government, joint, interline, wholesale, bulk, prepaid tickets and miscellaneous charge orders.) Not replaceable if lost or stolen. Protection for flight irregularities will be on United/United Express/Ted flights only. Certificate applies to new purchases only. Certificate may not be used in conjunction with any wholly or partially unused ticket, or with any previously issued non-refundable ticket. Certificate has no cash value and is non-refundable by ULS or United. Changes to date/time are allowed for service charge of $100. All changes must meet program parameters.
