Special Instructions

Accommodations must be utilized by November 1, 2010 at a mutually agreed upon date with condo owners. Airline certificates valid for travel by the passenger exclusively on scheduled United, United Express and Ted operated flight and is not valid for travel on flights operated by other airlines (such as United-marked code share and Star Alliance flights.) Valid for roundtrip travel from the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands to Atlantic destinations served by United. Stopovers, open jaws or circle trips are not permitted. Valid travel dates 11/14/09 - 11/13/10. Travel must be booked at least 7 days in advance of departure. Travel must include minimum 3-day stay for Atlantic destinations. The maximum stay is 30 days. No blackout dates. Travel will be booked in S class in Economy Class for travel to Atlantic destinations. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or on all days of the week when you travel. Certificate no transferable and may not be bartered or sold. Passenger traveling on this free ticket may not accrue Mileage Plus miles or earn miles toward Mileage Plus elite status. This ticket is not upgradeable. Ticket-by-mail is allowed (where available.) All tickets will be issued electronically unless customer requests otherwise (paper ticket fees will apply.) Ticketing must occur within 24 hours of making a reservation, whichever sooner. Certificate may not be used with tickets purchased via the internet. When using ticket-by-mail, please allow 14 days processing time. All international fares are subject to U.S. arrival and departure taxes and agricultural, immigrations and customs fees of up to $40. For travel to some countries, additional airport transportation, embarkation, security, passenger service taxes/surcharges of up to $130 will apply depending on destination. Fares do not include the September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 maximum per roundtrip or Passenger Facility Charge of up to $18, which may be collected depending on the itinerary. For return travel from some countries, fares do not include airport and/or departure taxes of up to $3, which may be collected by the foreign government. Tickets purchased through United reservation offices are five dollars higher and tickets purchased at airport ticket counters are ten dollars higher. Certificate is required for discount and must be presented at the time of ticketing. Accept original certificate only. Not extendible, not combinable with other air travel certificates or discount fare offerings (Mileage Plus awards, Silver Wins Plus Awards, companion, meeting, group, tour, senior citizen, student, child, travel package, travel industry discount, military, government, joint, interline, wholesale, bulk, prepaid tickets and miscellaneous charge orders.) Not replaceable if lost or stolen. Protection for flight irregularities will be on United/United Express/Ted flights only. Certificate applies to new purchases only. Certificate may not be used in conjunction with any wholly or partially unused ticket, or with any previously issued non-refundable ticket. Certificate has no cash value and is non-refundable by ULS or United. Tickets are non-refundable but the return portion may be changed for a fee ($200 for Atlantic destinations), provided the new itinerary is within the parameters of the offer, minimum and maximum stay requirements are met, and the origin and destination are not changed. If the reservation is cancelled before the ticketed departure date, the itinerary may be rebooked up to one year from the original ticket issuance date for a service charge ($200 for Atlantic destinations). If a reservation is not cancelled before the ticketed departure date, the ticket has no value. Offer is subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
