New York City is one hour to the west. Wine country is one hour to the east. North shore and south shore beaches nearby. Come spend a week in a two bedroom apartment in suburban Commack, New York on Long Island. Walk through the English Garden, enjoy the koi ponds and labyrinth. These are the surroundings you can enjoy. The apartment itself, though a basement dwelling, has large windows and is sunny because of its southern and eastern exposure. There is a full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove) and living room combo. There is a full large bathroom, a master bedroom and a small but charming children’s room that sleeps three (in a futon bunk bed). This room is decorated as an “undersea” environment. A separate entrance and off-street parking ensures your privacy. Homeowners, Linda and Ed Mikell, will help you plan your daily journeys and sightseeing.
No pets and no smokers, please.
Special Instructions
- You will need a rental car.
- We are located 20 minutes from Long Island’s Mac Arthur Airport; however LaGuardia and Kennedy are only about 1 hour away.
- The week consists of seven days starting on a mutually agreed date. Must be taken before 10-1-2010.
