Once in a lifetime item! WWE superstar John Cena personally donated these shoes from his trophy case. These shoes were worn in his first WWE World Championship in 2005 at the Staples Center in LA. Pictures show him donating from the ring during an interview with Access Hollywood and MDA's National ALS Ambassador Nancy O'Dell during SummerSlam 2009 in Los Angels.
