Special Instructions
Florida Getaway Terms & Conditions: The certificate entitles the bearer to a total of 6 nights accommodations at listed destinations. Hotels will vary depending on locations and dates chosen. All hotels are from 2-5 stars. There is an additional cost per day for extra guests. Additional room nights are available, at a special discounted rate. The certificate is for two adults, who must be twenty-five years of age or older, and posses one major credit card. A $25.00 USD tax deposit is required for each destination for a total of $50.00 USD, toward the payment of government imposed taxes, which must be in the form of a check or money order or certified funds. You may select two requested departure dates, at least ten days apart in chronological order. You may, at your option, book your air through the providing travel agency. They may be able to offer you a discounted airfare. In the event that you wish to drive or handle your own air reservations, a reservationist will contact you once you are confirmed, so you may proceed with your transportation plans. Reservations must be submitted at least forty-five days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking. The certificate may be subject to high season blocked out periods. This certificate is valid only for your guest room. It does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses.
Southwest Airlines: Tickets are good through May 1, 2010. If the pass expires before you can use it, Southwest can issue a one-time replacement for a fee of $50 per pass (the reissue fee is subject to change at anytime without notice) Reservations must be made through Southwest Airlines.

This item will be displayed and available for bidding at the 2009 Spotlight Event on April 20, 2009. Online bids including proxy bids will be taken until Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. The silent auction will close at the end of intermission at Spotlight 2009.
Winning bidder is responsible for pick up of item or the costs of shipping and handling.
