Rochelle Niederman has evolved a unique and personal art form over decades of development. Her studies of horses and ranch hands are perfectly detailed to reveal every crease, wrinkle and shadow. She has an amazing gift for capturing expressions of weariness and joy, as well as, the magic moment of explosive action or the quietude of a gentle gesture.
Rochelle was born in Chicago. Her work has been in numerous shows: the Art Institute of Chicago, the Illinois Print and Drawing Exhibition, the American Academy of Equine Art, the Beverly Art Center, and the Harper College Annual. Her work is also included in many private collections throughout the world.
