Your day with Sodexo at Emory University Dining will first start with a healthy and hearty breakfast. You will then spend time with the Executive Chef, the Retail Manager and General Manager to learn the various aspects of a Food Service business. This includes food production including menu planning and food preparation, customer service, finance, marketing etc. You’ll learn how all the brands operate and the capacity it takes to make it all work. Then you will get a chance to see the finished product, a happy customer.
