Submitted by the ABS Lower School Class, inspiration for this handpainted desk/chair combo came from a quote by M. Aumonier, which is inscribed on the desk--"There is always music amongst the trees and in the garden..." Whimsically decorated, the background of trees and gardens is filled with brightly painted birds, butterflies, dragonfly, ladybug, bee, flowers and bold musical notes. The boys' signatures and date on the back of this chair make it an invaluable keepsake.
