Item Description

We are thrilled to offer this first copy of a limited edition 24" bronze maquette of St. Clare to the St. Francis community. This maquette was used to create the latest addition to campus, the 7' tall statue of St. Clare at the reflecting pool, by St. Francis’s own Adan Romo.

The statue suggests Clare emerging from a large stone with a sense of incompletion about it. It depicts St. Clare taking her first steps to sainthood; she is young and just beginning her spiritual journey, much like our students here at St. Francis. As Clare grew to become a clear example of truth to those in her community, so too will this statue reflect the spirit of our school community.

The lucky owner of this St. Clare statue will also be treated to a private cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception for 8, hosted by the Patrons of the Arts, held at Adan Romo's Studio. On a mutually agreeable date
