"Leave Your Mark"
In October 2004 Special Olympics Iowa moved into the new Richard O. Jacobson Headquarters and Training Facility. The facility is designed to provide valuable training facilities for the athletes, coaches, and volunteers as they develop quality programs and competition opportunities for the athletes. When the capital campaign is complete, the organization will redirect funds from rent to athlete programs. A Walkway of Champions, featuring memorial bricks, provides an opportunity to honor people who help make dreams come true.
