Enjoy a Rustico Cooking class, entirely hands-on and taught by Micol Negrin, renowned chef and author of Rustico (nominated for a James Beard Award) and The Italian Grill. You'll learn how to prepare four to five recipes from start to finish, and get a firm grasp of basic cooking techniques and an understanding of essential Italian ingredients. Celebrate the experience by sitting down with your fellow students to enjoy the dishes you cooked, paired with specially selected Italian wines.
Next, enjoy "afternoon tea" at any time! The mad-hatter tea service for two includes two pots of tea, choice of three scones with preserves and cream, choice of two sandwiches, and assorted desserts.
Finally, head to ChikaLicious Dessert Bar, a delicious dessertery in New York's East Village. Enjoy a three course prix fixe dessert with wine pairing good for a party of two.

Cooking lesson lasts three hours and starts at 6PM. Class includes approximately 90 minutes of hands-on cooking, followed by a full meal paired with three wines.
