Item Description

 Spend six days and seven nights in this lovely three-level vacation home in Breckenridge, Colorado.  Enjoy views of the woods and mountains in this 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath home.  Located 1.5 miles from the lifts at Peak 8, it is approximately 10 minutes driving time from Main Street.  The home features a master bedroom and bath on the top floor; a gourmet kitchen, main living and dining, gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on the main floor with decks off the living area.  The lower floor features a large living area with a pool table and doors that open onto a deck and hot tub for 8 to 10 people.  Two bedrooms and 1 bath are on the lower level.  The home sleeps 12 people.  Package includes maid service at the end of the trip.  Courtesy of Nancy and Robert Patterson, Tyler, Texas. 

Special Instructions

 Purchaser is required to provide a damage deposit of $500 in the form of a personal check at least 30 days before the trip.  The check will be cashed only if needed for any repairs.  Detailed directions and home instructions will be provided prior to the trip.  A 4-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during winter months. 

AVAILABILITY:  Open dates begin June 1, 2008, through May 31, 2009.  Home is unavailable on the following dates:  June 29 – July 12, 2008; July 18 – July 26, 2008; August 24 – September 6, 2008; and February 2009.

NOTE:  Owners live in this home part time.  Clothes and other personal items will occupy some of the closets.  Purchaser is asked not to use owners’ personal items.  Smoking is prohibited.
