Your share will entitle you to a generous selection of the vineyard’s wines each year and all the pleasures and privileges of ownership, including the opportunity to help with the harvest. Gayda Vineyards utilizes New World experience and the cultivation of excellent terroirs to produce low yields and high-quality fruit. The vineyard’s environmentally friendly techniques have delivered excellent wines to date.
The vineyard is conveniently located near five international airports and boasts easy access to skiing in the Pyrenees, bathing on Mediterranean beaches, and exploration of a wealth of history, from Roman ruins to medieval castles. Make sure to visit during foie gras season, October to December, and any time of the year to enjoy the local gastronomy of the region’s farmhouse inns, many of which offer courses in cookery.
