All proceeds of "Celebrate Vermont" benefit the programs and services of the Community Health Center of Burlington, dedicated to serving Vermonters who face barriers to accessing health care. Our staff cares for approximately 2,000 homeless men, women, and children with services ranging from medical care and connection to housing assistance to mental health and substance abuse counseling. Over 3,000 low-income, uninsured Vermonters find access to the affordable medical and dental care they need to work and live in our state. The Community Health Center is an important cornerstone of the quality of life and health we all share in our beautiful state.
