The VCS Auction Committee is not responsible for items purchased and not removed by the buyer at the auction. Any arrangement and expense for delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise indicated in the program. All sales are final. Auction items have been donated by friends of the school and may not be exchanged, refunded or transferred, except if specified. Vacation homes donated by VCS families may not be transferred without prior permission of the donor. Consult your tax advisor for possible tax deductions.
