This online auction will be open from November 2, 2009 to November 19, 2009, with the final bids taking place at the Gala on November 20, 2009. Proceeds support the education and artistic programs of Opera Colorado. Opera Colorado offers a variety of educational programs available for audiences of all ages. These programs come directly to schools or community venues, and include one-act English translations of popular operas, Let's Make an Opera residency programs, Arias & Ensembles performances, masterclasses, Opera in a Trunk, and custom workshops.

We also invite students and educators to experience opera firsthand at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House through Backstage Workshops, student matinee performances, and student dress rehearsals.

Opera Colorado Silent Auction Guidelines

The online auction will close at 4 pm on Thursday, November 19. All items (except those that have been purchased at the Buy Now price) will be transferred to the silent auction at the 2009 Season Gala on Friday, November 20 for final bidding. All Buy Now prices include a tax-deductible contribution to Opera Colorado (amount varies by item).

Experience the excitement of the 2009 Gala for only $150!

Begin your evening at 6:00 pm with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and silent auction in the lobby of the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. At 7:30 pm, internationally recognized artists Julian Gavin and Pamela Armstrong will be joined by the Opera Colorado Young Artists for a one hour concert.
