All work is sold as-is. Any amount bid over the listed value of a work is a tax-deductible contribution to Brooklyn Academy of Music. If a winning bidder is unable to pick up their piece at BAM, the work will be delivered or shipped at their expense.

We warmly thank this year's artists for generously donating their work and we congratulate all those who have won their item. If you recieved a winning notification and have not recieved an invoice from BAM, please contact BAMart using the contact info in the call out box to the right.
The lucky winners can pick up their piece at BAM on Tuesday, May 12 from noon - 8 pm and Wednesday, May 13 from 9 am - 3 pm. Otherwise, the work will be delivered or shipped at the buyer's expense.
