The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding a cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It is estimated that up to one million Americans, 100,000 of whom are children under the age of 18, suffer from Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
