Help support the UMass Fine Arts Center’s Artist Educational Residencies 

The Fine Arts Center has a well-established reputation for outstanding performances and exhibitions.  But, did you also know that we provide extensive artist educational residency activities?

Last year,
    116 artist educational residency events were held on campus and in the community

    12,686 youth, teachers and chaperones attended 15 daytime performances for school audiences

This past fall semester, our artist residencies reached students in all Five Colleges, two high schools, and an elementary school with a week-long visual arts project. Adult flamenco dancers learned from the best; 300 turned out for salsa dance lessons; and over 100 attended a collection gallery talk.

Auction proceeds support our artist residency activities. Please bid generously.

This auction is being run in conjunction with the 20th Annual Friends of the Fine Arts Center Gala.  The gala will be held on Saturday, January 31st  at The Hotel Northampton.  Black tie or festive best.

The event, Global Gala, will whisk you away to four global hot spots.  Whether its the passion of Buenos Aires tango, Tokyo's karaoke, a London pub or the mystery of Casablanca...you'll get to globe hop the night away.  There’s also great food, fantastic auction items and good company.
