The online portion of BID WILD for Armstrong Redwood's 75th is now open. The auction will run from April 1, 2009 to April 15, 2009, with the live event taking place on April 18, 2009. Proceeds go to Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods in order to support education and stewardship volunteer programs in our State Parks. Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise. So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the wild bidding begin!
The live event is FREE and open to the public on April 18th at Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve.
Join us for a Ceremony with Dignitaries at 1:00 pm in the Group Picnic Area. Guests will include Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey, Supervisor Efren Carrillo, John and Gaye LeBaron and park staff, past and present. A Birthday Cake and Champagne Reception and the Silent Auction will follow the Ceremony.
