Orangewood Children's Foundation, founded in 1981, is a private, nonprofit organization serving Orange County's abused and neglected children. For over 20 years, the Foundation has given these special children a second chance and hope for a brighter future. Through an innovative array of programs, the Foundation serves children at Orangewood Children's Home, the county's only emergency shelter; those in foster care; foster teens transitioning into independent adulthood; and at-risk families.
