Northfield's "Spring Greening" Event - March 6-7 @ NFCNS!!!

Saturday, March 7 - 8-noon

AUCTION ENDS MONDAY @ 10:15 P.M. EVERYTHING MUST GO. NO RESERVES. BID 'TIL IT HURTS.

 

Please join us for Northfield's first-ever "Spring Greening" event, March 6-7th. NFCNS is joining wtih several community partners to collect your old items. Behold:

  • Middlefork & Sunset Ridge Schools will be collecting your old electronics and "soft goods," including clothes.
  • The Northfield Park District will take your old bikes, bike parts, helmets, and bike seats. Anything on two wheels.
  • The Northfield Community Nursery School is accepting toys (anything but stuffed animals).
  • We'll also be collecting non-parishable food for the Northfield Township Food Pantry.

This is a huge event, people.

Event held at 4 adjacent locations: Northfield Park Diistrict, Middlefork School, Norhfield Community Church, and a parked bus for food items at Wagner/Old Willow.

Times: Friday, 3:30-7 p.m.; Saturday, 8-noon

All donated items will then be given to area charities for sale and reuse, including Cystic Fibrosis, Toy Box Connection, Ghana Bike Project/Working Bike Cooperative, and Goodwill Industries.
