The NACS Foundation is now accepting donations for its 2010 Online Auction.
That's right – we're not asking for your dollars, just your products, services, or credit memos.
You simply make your donation and ship to the winning bidder at the end of the auction. All packages must include freight and delivery.
In-kind donation package levels begin at $500 WHOLESALE VALUE.
By donating to the auction, you can showcase your company and products to over 4,000 NACS member stores.

Claiming Items
- You will receive a winning bid confirmation e-mail from the NACS Foundation.
- The NACS Foundation will e-mail you the donating company's contact information and mail you an invoice within the next two weeks.
- You must send that confirmation e-mail to the donating company as verification.
Paying For Items
At the close of the auction on April 7, each item will go to the highest bidder. The NACS Foundation will send the winning bidders an invoice for their item(s). Winning bidders are to pay the Foundation upon receipt of invoice.
All items need to be paid for and delivered no later than July 31, 2009 unless otherwise noted in auction descriptions. Winners from the One-Of-A-Kind, Hot Stuff Showcase, and Dream Packages will automatically have their credit card charged that is on file with the auction web site. All other items will be invoiced to the store or company listed on file.
Redeeming Auction Bucks
Simple! If you registered for housing for CAMEX 09 before Dec. 15, 2008 you were eligible to receive $25 in Online Auction Bucks. When you receive your invoice from the Foundation for your auction item, enclose your auction bucks certificate with your payment and have your total payment reduced by $25. You must include your auction bucks certificate when submitting payment to qualify for this offer.
Restrictions: One (1) non-transferable $25 auction bucks certificate per person; no monetary cash value; winning item must have final value of $50 or more to be honored; reproduced certificates will not be accepted; cannot be used towards One-Of-A-Kind, Hot Stuff Showcase, or Dream Packages items; and expires Sept. 30, 2009.
