How do I claim my item(s)?
Upon completion of your payment, the ENA Foundation will notify the donor of your item. Your purchased item(s) will be directly sent to you from the donor. Please allow a minimum of three - four weeks to receive your item(s). If you have not received your item(s) by July 8th, please contact the ENA Foundation at 800-900-9659 Ext. 4100.

Be sure to designate your gift to the State Challenge on behalf of your ENA State Council. Donations must be received by June 30th to be counted towards the State Challenge Campaign.
