The Online DHHS Auction is Closed!

Our 2009 auction and party were wildly successful considering that they were first-time events during a very difficult economy. Families found good deals on fun items.  Businesses received excellent exposure to the Druid Hills community. Everyone had great time at the party on January 31.

We thank all sponsors, donors, shoppers and volunteers who helped to raise over $18,500. Proceeds will be shared between the PTSA and the Athletic Foundation. Emory University and Emory Catering deserve special recognition for allowing us to host our gathering in such a grand fashion at the Cox Hall Ballroom. Smith’s Olde Bar donated beverages for the January 31 event, which helped to save us money and improve our bottom line!

Fun & Gains Facts:
•    Teacher and Student Donations totaled $4,410
•    Highest Student Donation: Girls Varsity Soccer Team for Soccer Scrimmage $201
•    Over 110 businesses made donations
•    Over 60 families donated
•    283 donations were published on the web page
•    DHHS Memory Quilt by Sarah Phillips sold for $1,400
