The November 21, 2008 Beaujolais Nouveau Fête and Auction will be the 7th annual event. This event is a social event and also raises operating funds for French nonprofit education and trade missions.

Wow, hundreds of online bids were placed by supporters from the east coast to the west coast, and the online portion of the fundraiser closed Nov. 16. 

Now We Continue to the "Live" Event to be held 11/21/08 at the Heathman: The 7th Annual Gala Beaujolais Nouveau event at the Heathman, presented by the French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest and co-organized with the Alliance, will feature outstanding food by the Heathman Restaurant's Executive Chef Philippe Boulot, wine from French and Oregon wineries, and an auction, all starting at 6pm on November 21, 2008. If you are also attending the live event, you can collect your winning from the online auction, at the Heathman on Friday. (Otherwise the auction administrator will contact you with pickup instructions.)
