Erica joins cMarket from The Body Shop, a nature inspired and value based beauty company that is part of the L'Oreal Company. Erica was responsible for all online marketing, both acquisition and CRM, for the Americas Region, which included the United States, Mexico and Canada. Prior to The Body Shop, Erica was the Director of Marketing for MLB.com, overseeing the online marketing efforts for Major League Baseball, all Major League Baseball Teams, Minor League Baseball and several entertainment websites. Erica brings over twelve years of professional experience in a variety of marketing management positions to cMarket.
